"Wintergreen is a Florida gem! This rental home offers every amenity you can imagine. A spacious living space in and out, convenient to restaurants and shopping, a beautiful outdoor setting and a comfortable walk to the beach. The rental is equipped with kayaks, bikes, paddle boards ,beach chairs and toys. Can’t wait to return!

Spectacular Property!

"This was our second time to Marco Island. 858 Wintergreen Ct. was the perfect place for our family get together. The property is amazing, really clean, great place for all 9 of us to hang out and enjoy our time together. Great location on the island and the beds were awesome as well! Only thing we needed was a few more days of vacation! We will be back!

Wow, great home, expansive water views

"New home, open floor plan, well appointed throughout. Enjoyed being at end of quiet cu-de-sac yet short walk to the beach. They had just completed a new boat and sunbathing dock that was a perfect place to get out for that early day sun. Late afternoon sunsets were stunning. The long lanai gave us a variety of places to sit, read, snooze. We spend many days overlooking their 140' waterway looking into the intersecting channel for passing marine life and birds. Have already reserved dates for next year!

"Wintergreen Villa is a vacation spot that has it all! The Villa was stocked with all the items that any sized group would need no matter how long your stay is. One of our favorite aspects of the house was its ability to bring the outdoor, in. The large glass patio doors retract into the house walls merging both indoor and outdoor spaces. This along with the high-end finishes gives it the feel of a luxury spa. We'll definitely be coming back!

"This property is amazing. We've stayed at many rentals and this is at the top of our list! Some properties just look nice in the photos, but 858 Wintergreen not only looks great from an interior design perspective, but is both impressively spacious and effortlessly comfortable. The open concept living area with sliding door to lanai was a highlight. We used the indoor/outdoor space daily and loved the palm tree views across the water. Close proximity to beach, restaurants and shops made the entire trip very easy for travel. Large pier on the channel was amazing for sun and paddle boarding & sunset views. The shaded seating by the pool was a nice touch for relaxing after a day at the beach. Will absolutely stay here again, and cannot wait to come back. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

"This house is gorgeous and made our trip! It not only is a new house but has everything you could ever want in a rental home for your vacation. The pool and spa is spectacular and is where we spent most of our time. Within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. If we needed any help, which we did with the pool, Kyle came out and explained how to work the temperature on pool and spa. We definitely will be renting this home again if we should be coming back to Marco Island.
