Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with private heated pool and spa/ hot tub with desirable southwest exposure (in the sun all day) on an oversized corner lot. The indoor/ outdoor living space is nearly 2400 square feet and sleeps 8. The pool area has 6 chaise loungers as well as a covered section with a dining table and chairs and additional loveseat/2 chairs. The spacious lanai is very private due to the tall hedges in the back, which are on a corner lot and have a large side yard. Relax poolside or soak in the spa/ hot tub. There is also a Weber propane grill for those days when you want to cook at home. Turn on the multi-colored pool lights at night while relaxing on the lanai. There is a pool remote for our guests to control the pool, spa, and light features. Location, Location: Less than 1 mile to the famous Tigertail beach known for its white sand, wildlife, lagoon, shelling and breathtaking sunsets. Home is a 10-minute walk to The Esplanade- marina, restaurants, bars, live music and shops. Many other restaurants, bars, Starbucks, and shops within a short distance. Winn Dixie grocery/ liquor store is less than a 5-minute drive.
The home offers a spacious open-concept layout with 24-foot vaulted ceilings that open to the screened-in lanai. The entire house features wood plank tile- no carpet! The well-stocked kitchen has been updated with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry, and a Keurig coffee machine. Off the kitchen is a dining room with a beautiful table that comfortably seats 6. Additionally, an eat-in kitchen seats 4 and 3 bar stools at the counter. The great room has 2 sofas, 2 chairs, 2 bean bag chairs, and a flat-screen TV mounted to the wall. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has a dual sink, an updated walk-in tile shower, and a separate soaking tub. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds, and the third has bunk beds with twins over full. The bunk room also has a dedicated workspace (desk with chair) for those needing to work remotely. All guest bedrooms have flat-screen TVs mounted on the walls.

The big side lot is perfect for families to run and play. It backs up to the Marco Island Nature Preserve and Bird Sanctuary.
Other features include a professionally landscaped yard, an impeccably clean home decorated beautifully throughout, high-speed internet (Wi-Fi), and board games in the great room console. Small dogs (less than 20 lbs.) can be considered for a fee and will require owner approval. There is a small fenced-in dog pen off the lanai and the side yard. "Wonderful home in great location near everything. The house is newer and clean and everything works. The spacious, screened-in pool was a real pleasure and there is a nice deck area for hanging out. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware. The in-unit laundry rocked! We enjoyed the stay tremendously.

"Beautifully decorated which gave a very welcome ambiance. The house was very clean and the linens were very nice. The location was superb for walking activities and short drives to anywhere. Information for dining, walking, all activities were available. I loved everything about this home and look forward to returning.

"What a lovely home! The house is decorated nicely and well maintained with a great location. There is plenty of seating inside and out. It has it’s own pool and spa, plus a great side yard for kids or adults to play. The beds are comfortable and it had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and there were plenty of beach chairs and towels. There are several restaurants nearby, within walking distance. We fell in love with Marco with so many fun activities, beautiful beaches and great restaurants. We will definitely be back to this home again!

"Check in was super easy- Clausen Properties was great. Home was beautiful and loved the location. Awesome pool and spa. Walked to Marco Island Brewery, CJs and Deep Lagoon. My husband took the bike to Tigertail beach- took him 20 minutes to ride to the beach, walk through the lagoon to get to the Gulf. It was knee high during low tide and waist high during high tide. Otherwise it was $10 to park the car there. Another day, we took an uber to south beach to check out that area. The weather was perfect our entire trip. We have been coming to Marco for years but this was our first time at this house. It was wonderful and look forward to visiting again.

"House was beautiful, decorations were lovely and home was very clean. We loved sitting outside on the lanai, it was so private with the tall hedges and large side lot. We enjoyed walking to Tigertail beach and the house was fully stocked with beach essentials. We used the 2 bikes and enjoyed our morning rides to Starbucks and evening rides to Sweet Annies! We loved the short walk to The Esplanade where we dined several times during our stay. This home and location was perfect and will definitely come back and book this home again.

"It is very obvious that the owners take great pride in their home and property. From the moment we viewed the photos and description of the property we knew this was an exceptional cared for property. From the outside which is well maintained and attended to, to the beautifully appointed interior all provided for an enjoyable 28 day stay and nothing was missed for our use. Add to that the location of the property which filled our needs to a tee. What else to say except thank you for sharing your property with us.
