Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with private heated pool and spa/ hot tub with desirable southwest exposure (in the sun all day) on an oversized corner lot. The indoor/ outdoor living space is nearly 2400 square feet and sleeps 8. The pool area has 6 chaise loungers as well as a covered section with a dining table and chairs and additional loveseat/2 chairs. The spacious lanai is very private due to the tall hedges in the back, which are on a corner lot and have a large side yard. Relax poolside or soak in the spa/ hot tub. There is also a Weber propane grill for those days when you want to cook at home. Turn on the multi-colored pool lights at night while relaxing on the lanai. There is a pool remote for our guests to control the pool, spa, and light features. Location, Location: Less than 1 mile to the famous Tigertail beach known for its white sand, wildlife, lagoon, shelling and breathtaking sunsets. Home is a 10-minute walk to The Esplanade- marina, restaurants, bars, live music and shops. Many other restaurants, bars, Starbucks, and shops within a short distance. Winn Dixie grocery/ liquor store is less than a 5-minute drive.
The home offers a spacious open-concept layout with 24-foot vaulted ceilings that open to the screened-in lanai. The entire house features wood plank tile- no carpet! The well-stocked kitchen has been updated with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry, and a Keurig coffee machine. Off the kitchen is a dining room with a beautiful table that comfortably seats 6. Additionally, an eat-in kitchen seats 4 and 3 bar stools at the counter. The great room has 2 sofas, 2 chairs, 2 bean bag chairs, and a flat-screen TV mounted to the wall. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has a dual sink, an updated walk-in tile shower, and a separate soaking tub. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds, and the third has bunk beds with twins over full. The bunk room also has a dedicated workspace (desk with chair) for those needing to work remotely. All guest bedrooms have flat-screen TVs mounted on the walls.

The big side lot is perfect for families to run and play. It backs up to the Marco Island Nature Preserve and Bird Sanctuary.

Small dogs (less than 20 lbs.) can be considered for a fee and will require owner approval. There is a small fenced-in dog pen off the lanai and the side yard.
