Coastal living at it's finest, this nautical single family vacation home located in the heart of Marco Island on the water. The cathedral ceilings and large windows throughout the home will give you an open airy feeling with plenty of natural light. Over 3.000 sq. ft. of luxury living both inside and out with a magnificent south western exposure. The house design is nautically inspired and features plantation shutters, sailboat décor and pier lighting. Explore the island on one of the four bikes or adventure out and rent a jet ski discovering our famous beaches, waterways and 10,000 islands. The kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook but Marco's dining options are limitless. Indulge on your vacation in one of our chaise lounges on the sun filled lanai and enjoy your evenings gazing at the crimson sunsets that bounce off the canal. Watch the palm trees sway while listening to your favorite music via the bluetooth sound system. The lanai boasts a beautiful private swimming pool with spa and waterfall with plenty of room to enjoy the sunshine. Also, on the lanai you'll find a dining table that accommodates eight, giving space to gather around for sunset meals. Outside of the screened lanai is an open deck furnished with chaise lounges perfect for sunbathing and stargazing! There is also an outdoor TV, and an outdoor living room. The Weber gas grill compliments every outdoor grilling enthusiast. The family room is next to the kitchen which is fully equipped, with a breakfast bar and four barstools to allow others to visit while the gourmet in you comes to life. It also opens to the living room and has views to the water. The breakfast area has a four top table perfect for a game of cards and the formal dining room has seating for eight. The master suite has a luxurious California king bed, walk in closet and a 42" TV. For those that must work whilst on vacation, there is a large desk and printer available. The en-suite master bathroom has a large soaker tub with a separate frameless glass shower. It also has a dual sink vanity.
There are three other guest bedrooms, the first with a king bed and 42"TV, the second has a queen bed and a 32"TV and the third guest bedroom has a set of twins that can convert into a king if need be with a memory foam mattress topper. There is a 32" TV in this bedroom as well.
Amenities include two cribs, playpen, toys, highchair, child bedrails for the twin beds and an infant play saucer activity center, For the beach there is a beach tent umbrella and beach chairs, cooler on wheels and one beach umbrella.

"The house is absolutely stunning and truly perfect in every way. It had everything we could need, from martini glasses to an abundance of beach towels. Our kids were thrilled to find a crib, highchair, and playpen already there, so no need for rentals. They even had bed rails for our grandkids! The sunsets were magical, and we loved spending our evenings on the lanai with the outdoor TV and hot tub. A highlight of our stay was spotting manatees and dolphins right from the dock—a rare and unforgettable experience! Marco Island is peaceful and has everything you could want, including a breathtaking beach. A big thank you to Clausen, for helping us find the perfect home for our family trip! "Beautiful home, beautiful island! 5/5 Stayed Jul 2022 Lisa B. The home was exactly as it appears in the listing - beautiful! I've stayed at many beach cottages and mountain cabins over the years and this one was the most well-appointed. Anything you might need in the kitchen, in the pool and on the beach was available. We weren't expecting pool towels and those were a great plus. We used the four bikes to bike a short 10-minute ride to the beach. We also had a resident owl on our front porch which was cool. Communication with the rental company was excellent and professional. Thank you to the owners of the home for sharing your lovely home with us! Published Aug 4, 2022

A Vacation Home With Everything!

"Inside & out, this home will meet all of your needs! The kitchen is stocked. The open concept common areas are spacious. The 4 bedrooms are so very comfortable. This house is large enough for everyone to have their own quiet space or to entertain. Beyond that, the lanai and south-facing pool are the best we’re experienced after many years of renting in Marco. You can relax in the shade or find plenty of sun all day long in the pool and spa. The pool is perfect for kids and adults - even deep enough to jump in. You’ll find kids’ toys, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bikes, floats - you name it! A beautiful home that we thoroughly enjoyed with daughter and grands!
