"Wonderful rental. Clean, comfortable, and perfect location. Close to everything. Beach, restaurants, and most activities all only minutes away. Well stocked home with all necessities. The southern exposure dock was wonderful with full sun all day long on pool area! Had a great vacation and would recommend this property. Kelli and her team are amazing - responsive and exceptional guest service.

We've rented for many years on Marco, and in it's price range, this home is by far the best rental home on the island. It comes with everything, everything is clean (like it was your own home), and everything works the way it's supposed to work. Without going on and on about how wonderful everything is, two things about the property are outstanding to us. The first is the pool's southern exposure - which for us, in February, is an incomparable plus. The second is the pool's solar heater which provides financial peace of mind when making the pool toasty warm in the low February sun. As you can see, we're snowbirds, and this house and it's pool were made for snowbirds. If reading a newspaper by the pool, in the sun, in February, makes you smile, this is the place. It would be great any time, but in February, its the best! Thank you Tim and Mary Jo! Best, Paul and Cindy

My family spent a week enjoying your beautiful home. We loved it so much we are booking two weeks next year. The pool, sunning, watching the dolphins , easy walk to Dunkin' Donuts in the morning! Highly recommend staying here! Can't wait to come back!

Roomy, very well appointed , kitchen well-outfitted. Loved the lanai, even though there was limited utilization due to the cold snap.

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful home. Our experience was excellent! The home is clean and inviting, well decorated, and stocked with everything needed for a great vacation. The area is safe, and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We had the pleasure of watching dolphins frequently swimming by the dock in the backyard, as well as taking evening swims in the crystal clear, temperate pool. I highly recommend staying here.

Had the opportunity to stay with my sister and kids at the house. It was very clean and well equipped. Everything you need for the kitchen, beach supplies and pool toys. We had an amazing time and our children loved playing in the pool. I would definitely love to stay here again. Both the real estate company and owner were very attentive. Thank you for such a fun stay at your home!

We were a family of four (including two teens) so the layout of the house was perfect ! The kitchen had every utensil, serving piece, etc. that you would ever need. We loved the view of the water and the screened in patio was a plus. Pool and beach amenities, such as towels, floats, toys, chairs and a cooler were also supplied. We were able to check in earlier than 4pm, which was great so that we could enjoy the day. Would definitely stay here again !

Our family can't begin to summarize how much we enjoyed our vacation spent at this home. Everything about this house exemplified the true meaning of vacation. This beautiful house is gleaming and has all amenities to make it feel like home only better because it's Marco Island!! This house is beautifully decorated and well appointed; not to mention the gorgeous, sparkling pool and lanai where we spent most of our time as a family (aged 80 to toddler & infant). This was our first rental and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect house in which to make memories. While San Marco is a Main Street we were never bothered by traffic, in fact it was very quiet, private and peaceful. The owners and Kelly were great to work with too. I highly recommend this home and we will be back as time permits to as my nephew calls it, his Florida house!

I have stayed in many homes and this one was right up there at the top. They had just put in new flooring and the house was fully equipped. It was central to all the places I wanted to visit around Marco Island. The pool was perfect for a swim every morning and evening. This, over all was a great rental.

After a cold winter in Connecticut, we were fortunate enough to find this beautiful home awaway from home on Marco Island. It had everything we could ask for and more. Loved having a view of the canal and enjoying nature at its best. Starting each day with coffee by the pool and ending each day with a glass of wine by the pool....
