This one level home boasts 3500 square feet on one level with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. It sits at the end of a canal in the highly desirable TigerTail Beach neighborhood with long water views.This U-shaped house is perfect for 2 families each taking one side, or perfect to allow the kids to have one end and adults on the other. Two bedrooms have king beds and en suite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and shares a double sink bathroom with the 4th bedroom that has bunk beds with a queen bed on bottom, twin XL on top and a twin trundle bed.This house is fun. There is an outdoor ping pong table by the pool and hot tub, along with a fire pit dining table to enjoy late nights out by the water. During the day, there are 4 Italian made lounge chairs to soak up the sun, and a hammock for 2 in the shade to catch a nap or curl up with a book. There is a basketball hoop, bags game, and every board game, card game, and puzzle you can imagine for family fun nights. Five bicycles are available and a cooler with wheels for the short ride to the beach for a day of fun.The family room boasts a large, plush sectional and the living room is set up for quiet time with a comfy sofa and swivel chairs to enjoy a game of chess or tic-tac-toe set up on the tables.The chefs kitchen has everything you will want from a waffle maker, panini maker, and pizza pan for the outdoor grill, to a milkshake maker and mixed drink shaker. The breakfast bar has four oversized barstools and the kitchen is big enough for everyone. The kitchen and dining room tables both have seating for 8.There is a smart tv in every bedroom to watch Netflix, Hulu, Prime, including a 65 inch tv in the bunk bed room with a gaming console, and an 85 inch smart tv in the family room with a wii and all the fun games like Wii Sports and Mario Kart. Owner requires 14 day rental June-September

"This was our first family vacation with our children and our grandchildren. We could not have made a better decision of where to stay. The house gave us all the space and room we would need. We are condo owners ourselves and manage vacation properties in Gulf Shores. We appreciate what it takes to provide a great place to stay. First off the house inside and outside was immaculate. If it wasn't we would know. Quickly. The owners have made their home feel like a home. No short cuts. Plenty of everything in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. A new washer and dryer made it easy to stay ahead of things. The heated pool and hot tub was a hit. Our grandchildren were swimming morning, noon and night. So much fun. There was a propane gas grill with the propane provided. We ate most meals at the house and enjoyed doing that as a family rather than do restaurants. I loved sitting out on the outer deck and read and look at the canal and boats and palms. And watch pelicans dive bomb into the canal to get their meals. Our son and daughter and their families could not be happier with our 8 night stay. I also want to thank Kelli with Clausen Properties for being a wonderful go to person. Very professional and personable. We expect to one day return and Clausen will be our choice. Thank you for a memorable vacation.
