Amazing long water view with west-facing sunsets! This gem has many updates, including 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, an open floor plan with great natural stone, and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. 4 of the bedrooms have water-facing views. 2 of the guest bedrooms feature king beds, one of the king guest bedrooms also has a set of bunk beds while the fourth has 2 twins. The master bedroom has a king bed and a beautiful en suite bathroom, complete with a large soaker bathtub. Sit around the pool/gas firepit with a cup of coffee and a good book. The long water view is spectacular for those beautiful Marco Island sunsets.

"We were so happy to stay at this property and had such a wonderful time! The house was very beautiful and very clean. Lots of space & plenty of room for all of us! It was walking distance to the grocery store and it was very easy and quick to get Ubers! The pool & hot tub were amazing. We had many great days and nights just hanging at the house and enjoying the amenities! Cannot wait to go back again!

"400 Barfield is a great place to stay. Convenient location with proximity to dinning, shopping and grocery for all our needs. The house offers plenty of sleeping quarters and all while still maintaining adequate privacy within the home. Bedrooms and living areas offer generous sized smart TV’s and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. The oversized sliding glass doors bring the outside in and offer easy access to the patio. When you’re not relaxing in the jacuzzi or floating in the pool, the patio area offers a wide array of seating options which offers sun and shaded areas throughout the day. Spend a few nights out back watching the sunset over the canal view and you’ll never want to leave!!!

"I'm so thankful to come across this beautiful place. It's one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places that I have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites I wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few blocks from the ocean. Communication was great too. I would highly recommend this wonderful beautiful oasis.

"The pool and hot tub were just what we needed! The pool is very private from neighbors. We stayed with 8 people and there was plenty of room for more - would recommend for larger families. The home is nicely laid out with a large area for gathering. The plus: we had a boat pick us up right from the back dock for a tour of the islands! What a spot!!!

"400 S. Barfield is perfect! From the amazing views of the canal from pretty much every room, to the spacious patio with a variety of seating and dining options, this home checks every box! We floated all day in the pool and enjoyed relaxing, nighttime soaks in the hot tub but nothing beat the incredible sunset views! Absolutely breathtaking! This home was spotless and offered everything we wanted from pool floaties, beach chairs and umbrellas to Smart TV’s, a BBQ grill, and a gas fireplace to gather and sip coffee around on those chilly mornings! This home is conveniently located, just a short drive from the local grocery store, beautiful beaches, and fantastic restaurants! Our vacation was relaxing and refreshing, exactly what we needed! It was because of this home, we didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be staying here again and we can not wait!

"The pictures do not actually capture how beautiful this place is. We loved sitting out by the pool and hot tub, it’s so private and the view is unmatched. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock looking for dolphins and manatees, we were lucky enough to see a couple. The house is very clean and welcoming. You will love this place. Book it now, we can’t wait to enjoy our next vacation here.

"I was there with my family for a getaway. It was the most beautiful home, very clean & welcoming. We went to the beach, it was very convenient to have all of our beach items we needed, chairs, wagon, umbrella etc. I travel quite often and this by far was the best place I have ever stayed. I highly recommend booking this place, I will be back next year to stay here again with my family as I have zero complaints.

"We had the best time at this beautiful home! First off, the LOCATION!!!!! It's a 5min walk to the new Publix grocery store and to the best breakfast on the island at The Red Rooster. It's near beautiful walking trails and located right on the canal. As you walk through the home, there's a view of the water from every window. The house faces west, so we sat in the hot tub each night watching the most amazing sunsets! We didn't need to use all the bedrooms, but each room was equipped with great beds and smart TV's. We actually rebooked this home immediately and will be bringing our kids down to enjoy it next time!

"This home is everything we could have asked for, for our family. Very spacious, clean and welcoming. The view is absolutely spectacular, big long water views with amazing sunsets from the pool and hot tub and the private feeling out in the pool/hot tub is wonderful. Absolutely a wonderful experience here. Great management company. We will definitely be staying here every year when we come to Marco.
