Amazing pool

"This is a great home on the canals. The infinity pool is amazing, with unobstructed views. We saw dolphins one day while swimming. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. It was a wonderful place to call home for the week.

"We were moved to this home after our original home was cancelled on us but what a result! From the moment you arrive on the quiet cul-de-sac you feel at home. It's such a quiet area and 1248 Balboa Ct stands proud at the end of the street. All the rooms are very well furnished with personal touches all around. The kitchen well equipped, massively well equipped!! TV's all work, are big and have no issues. There is music out to the pool which we used all day everyday. Beds very comfortable, lots of sheets and towels. Labels on most of the light/fan switches which makes a great change so you know what switch does what. They allow you to park in the garage using the remote door opener. Lots of pool and beach items in the garage along with bikes. Pool area superb. Spa superb, boat dock tucked away down the side of the house so not blocking the great view and sunsets. Wouldn't hesitate to book again! Kelli at Clausen was really good and took care of all our questions. Negatives i'm struggling for but let's go with......Dolphin fountains in the pool weren't working......that's it, all i can find!

"If you are very lucky, you will be assisted by Kelli Swanson at Clausen Property. She was excellent. Her responsiveness was only matched by her warm friendliness. The home at 1248 Balboa is outstanding. It sits on intersecting canals with a long water view. Sunsets and sunrises from the east side of the house have been stunning. Make Park with its beautiful Lake and walking path that we used every morning are right across the street. The home is fully equipped and tastefully well furnished with everything that you might need. All is in excellent condition. The infinity pool is beautiful. Special thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in your home.

Perfect Beach Vacation

"We absolutely loved our stay on Balboa Ct last week! The house was outstanding, fully stocked, and beautiful. The house had multiple bath & beach towels for each person. Beach chairs, cart, and umbrella were also provided. The kitchen had both a Keurig and at least 2 traditional coffeemakers. Multiple glasses, plates, cups, cookware, bakeware, blender, waffle iron, etc. The only thing missing is the food! You do need to bring your own paper goods, but that is to be expected. We spent the majority of our time at the house on the patio or in the pool & spa. The sunset colors are amazing! We hated to leave and look forward to our next vacation there.

Absolutely Perfect

"We stayed at this property for 8 nights and could not have loved it more. It was so nice to have this beautiful pool overlooking the canal. The fact it was not in a cage was especially appreciated. We found the kitchen to be nicely equipped with everything we needed as far a cooking utensils. Be prepared to bring spices, olive oil, etc. Another couple joined us for for 4 days and they enjoyed as well. We were in touch with the owner on several occasions and found him to be very accommodating to work with the dates we needed. The agency handling the rental was very pleasant as well. We very much look forward to the opportunity to return soon!!
